The vocals sound less harsh/smoother on the BF2. That will let you listen to music on a higher volume and would still be easy on your ears. But that smoothness doesn't come without a cost.For listening, I used WASAPI interface in Roon player. iFi iDSD Black supports DSD up to 512 whereas Schiit Jotunheim DAC does not support DSD at all. The difference was in the mid range frequencies. The vocals sound less harsh/smoother on the BF2. That will let you listen to music on a higher volume and would still be easy on your ears.
